Experience:
Founder and Director of Treevolution, Liam has been involved in tree work since 1979, initially in forestry but later as an Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor. Previously involved in the development of NPTC Certificates of Competence, Liam has more recently been Technical Author of A Guide to Good Climbing Practice. Author of numerous articles and publications, Liam has been guest speaker at several international conferences.

Experience:
Since 2002, Richard’s main employment has been as Instructor/Assessor for Treevolution based in North Wales. Previous experience includes working as Mountain Safety Advisor for Exploration Logistics in the Middle East and 11 years commercial tree climbing. In recent years he has run a variety of courses for Merrist Wood College. Contributor to A Guide to Good Climbing Practice. Good Climbing Practice, AFAG Safety Guide 401, and LANTRA Awards LOLER Workbook and Instructor Manual revision (2008).

Experience:
Dan started working as an Instructor/Assessor for Treevolution in 2004. Previous experience in both arboriculture (private and utility) and forestry (from 1989), and as Instructor/Assessor at Myerscough College. Currently based in the Lake District.

Forestry Contracting since 1978, (Skidding, Forwarding, Skylining, and Chainsaw). NPTC Verifier 2003 - 2007. World Logging Competition - UK team member 1996, 2004 and 2008. 3 times Royal Welsh tree felling competition winner.

Experience:
Chris provides Treevolution’s services throughout Scotland. He is an Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor, an arboricultural training provider and a registered Expert Witness. Involved in tree climbing competitions since 1997, Chris has more recently been Technical Author of A Guide to Good Climbing Practice.

Experience:
Jochum is an arboricultural contractor and training provider based in Barcelona, Spain. With previous experience in agriculture, Jochum has been a tree climber since 1997 and involved in tree climbing competitions since 1999. Jochum is currently active in Grimpacat, an association of tree climbers in Catalunya.
