Using a Chainsaw from a Rope & Harness Course (leading to assessment in NPTC CS39)

A training course for people who have attended the Basic Tree Climbing course and the Felling Small Trees course.

Details:

  • Regulations and industry best practice.
  • Working in the tree crown.
  • Starting procedures.
  • Correct use of the saw.
  • Accurate use of the saw to cut lightweight and medium weight branches.

One or two-day for a maximum of four people.
